2.All items will be sent within 24h-48 hours base on the order charges is paid.
3.You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered ,we use the shipping method of EMS , function as UPS in USA . Usually there is 5-10 days for delivering .
4.If you need a rush delivery, Expedited Service is available for a flat rate of 30$ ,which need 3-4 days for finishing the entire shipping period .
5.We offer the free shipment to the countries like USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Denmark, Portugal, Vietnam, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Greece , but require the delivery fees about 30$ if the order from the countries as Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, Iran, Slovakia ,10$ for Brazil , and 50$ for Guadeloupe.
6.Some one who sign the parcel better be above 18 , and if you're unavailable when the package arrive or no one sign for that ,the parcel will be sent to the local post office. Please phone the local post office as soon as possible.
Return policy
You may return any or all of your merchandise for the following situations :
1.If you are returning an item because of an error on our part ,such as we sent the wrong size ,wrong color or wrong style , in connection with your purchase, we will send the goods again ,and we afford the fee.
2..When you send your item back to us, we'll process your refund.
3.please make sure the return items are in unused, untested, and resalable condition.
